Today the “Review Camiseteros” return to the channel with two special editions of Real Retis Balompié.

this package. They were bought in the official club store. We started!
At the beginning of December 2020, the Verdiblanco club announced on its
social networks the launch of a special kit based on one of
the most iconic and remembered shirts of the club.
If you have been part of this community for a while you will know that Kappa is one
of my favorite manufacturers. The idea was to pay tribute to a historic kit,
the 1996 away jersey.
It had a template similar to other clubs, but with a very groundbreaking design.
A kind of “K” in giant size in the center of the chest- This special kit that
would be worn during a single match, is a tribute to that shirt. but in a modern template.
Of course,
coupled and changed to give an air to the sponsor of the time. The shirts
that were sold to the fans do not have this sponsor, which I think is much better.
It is a sweater with an excellent quality in the finishes, its shield is embroidered and Kappa had the
detail of placing a mallita on the inside to avoid rubbing with the seams.
The collar is the same as the visitor and third jersey but in a black and white tone. On the
shoulders we will find the classic Kappa logos, as well as the league patch and one
of its sponsors. The ends of the cuffs in three tones and with a very elegant fold.
Another thing that I loved is how the front of the shirt hugs the chest and
ends at the back and does not lower the arms as we are used to,
with a delicate fold to match the terminal cuffs.
Behind the neck we will find the detail “Real Betis” on an adhered plastic vinyl.
The jersey uses Kappa’s Kombat technology and bears the logo on the
lower back where the sizing tag was previously located.
This time Kappa includes the model number on the inner labels, as well as
a QR box so you can verify the authenticity. It should match
the one on the tear-off collar tag. Which also includes a serial hologram.
I give this shirt a solid 9.5 out of 10!
If you were attentive to unboxing, you will have noticed that two t-shirts came in this order,
and it is that taking advantage of the fact that the special edition of the previous year was at a 50% discount I
could not resist and it also came home, yes, in one size slightly larger than what
you usually use. But considering the silhouette of the sweater, this is not a problem.
In 2019 Betis and Kappa launched this special Retro Kombat XX edition,
which paid tribute to the Kombat Pro jerseys from the early 2000s. These
jerseys at that time meant a radical change in clothing,
where they proposed to move from baggy jerseys or loose in the 90s to a super fitted.
The Italian brand presented these models with the Azzurra team in 2000 and that
Betis and other teams began to use from the 2001 season. They stand out
for their simplicity and elegance and the reminiscence they bring us.
It is a historical design that brings to mind those years.
From the qualities I deduce that this is a “player” version. All appliques are bonded in
combination of fabric with vinyl or plastic. The neck is round and high. The sleeves are
longer than usual for short sleeves, based on the template from the 2000s.
I really liked the almost imperceptible Kappa logo and the green color on the right
chest, as well as the two logos on white on the sleeves that have a different texture.
The materials used are similar to the original and super elastic really if
you feel them it’s like playing a Kombat from the 2000s! what a wonderful remake! Very good for Kappa
and for Betis. I also give it a 9.5 out of 10, it’s hard to find fault with this shirt.
T-shirts, this is how this fantastic shirt looks, it
is very tight to the body. Beautiful piece! But let me know your opinion.
