RIP George Soros Passed away at the age of 92 | Died today

Once again, internet death rumours about financier George Soros have proliferated. The Hungarian-American investor, businessman, and principal financier is notorious for his involvement in the orange coupe conspiracies of multiple countries, particularly West Asia. His great fame and fortune make him a natural subject of online discussion. Recent Twitter chatter has speculated about his death. But in actuality, the 92-year-old is still alive and well.A tweet by @CilComLFC recently gained a lot of attention and was shared thousands of times. A black and white photo of George Soros was posted online, along with the words “BREAKING: George Soros has died

of a violent heart attack, according to Politics For All Ireland.”Over 400k people had viewed the tweet as of this writing. The Twitter account @PolitcsFAIRL is being held responsible for spreading the false information that Soros had died. The user of the platform also tweeted that “the world can sleep easier tonight” now that Soros had died. The rumours, however, are completely false. The family man and papa of five is doing fine. A Twitter user going by the handle @NE0Ndemon was the first to dispel the death rumour about George Soros. He blamed the false information’s dissemination on the Twitter

account of @PoliticsFAIRL. He also mentioned that the account is only followed by three people, implying that it is not safe to take the netizen’s allegations

seriously because they are not coming from a credible news organisation. Another internet user, according to the ex-platform user, “tweeted the info out without a sauce like a doofus.” With half a million views, I believe he made it go viral. Since George Soros’s death has not been reported by any reputable media outlet, it is safe to assume that he is still very much alive and well. Given his prominence, his death probably

would have been first page news everywhere. It appears that the Twitter user responsible for distributing the phoney news did so for the sole purpose of gaining a brief surge in profile views. Such startling news should be clarified by verifying it with reputable news outlets. Internet celebrities like George Soros are not immune to death hoaxes spread through social media. Jaden Smith, Tom Hanks, DJ Khaled, and a host of others have all been reported missing and presumed dead. The death of Soros has been speculated upon before. In 2022, a hoax obituary purporting to be his death notice went

viral. Also in 2013, Reuters published what they called a “premature” obituary of Soros. Included in the 1000-word piece was a fill-in-the-blanks section that read: Reuters issued an apology after the erroneous item went viral. Soros’ fund management adviser at the time, who Forbes also contacted, refuted the death allegations.
