LOOK AT THIS AND IT REMINDS ME
OF A LOT OF THE URBAN AREAS
THAT I WOULD SEE IN NEW YORK,
AND CHICAGO.
I LIKE IT, I’VE LIVED IN ALL
THOSE CITIES.
SO, WHEN YOU DO THE PAINTED
STUCCO, THE ELEGANCE THAT I SEE
HERE, I WONDERED HOW LONG IT
WILL STAY WHETHER IT WILL EVEN
BE EXECUTED FROM DAY ONE.

OF THINGS THAT ARE NOT REALLY
FROM A COMMERCIALLY SPEAKING
SCENARIO SOMETHING THAT YOU DO
AND YOU’RE TRYING TO MAINTAIN
THAT.
WHEN YOU DO THE SINGLE ORDERS.
WHEN YOU STEP BACK AND YOU DROP
AND CREATE MULTIPLE COURTYARDS.
THOSE ARE ALL VERY NICE
EXPENSIVE THINGS THAT ARE BEING
DONE TO THE BENEFIT OF THE,
ONLY THE PROJECT BUT, THE CITY.
YOU ARE DOING ALL OF THIS, BUT
THEN YOU’RE NOT TAKING CARE OF
THIS.
THAT IS A CONCERN.
I WOULD HOPE, THAT IT WAS KIND
OF INTENTIONAL.
THAT THEY WERE KIND OF FIGURING
THAT THE COLOR WOULD FADE.
THOSE WEREN’T SOME NICE NOW
THIS IS SEEING THE FADING.
AND, POSSIBLY CRACKING IN SUCH
A BIG BUILDING.
WITH THE MOVEMENT AND THE
STUCCO, THEN, YOU START
THINKING ABOUT IT IN A
DIFFERENT LIGHT.
