The book Dopamine Nation – art review – drawing in a sketchbook about the book ❤

I didn’t really like this book, and I can rate it on two stars.
I felt like there are a lot of good thoughts,
but they are not really useful, I think, in a real life.
In general, I don’t think that the shame can be a good force in any circumstances.
And I am sure that when I use similar approach in my life –
– I am caught in a cycle of addiction and shame, instead of curing it.
