Great Play to Earn App? Mist Rewards Review (FULL Details)
Is Mist Rewards really a great play to earn app or is it a waste of time? My name is Mikael and I love testing different ways to make money online. And many viewers have recently asked me about this app. So I decided to take a closer look. And in this Mist Rewards review, I’ll give you an inside look and I will show you both the pros and the cons and there definitely are some very important things you need to consider before deciding whether this is the right option for you or not. So before I log
in and show you how Mist Rewards works and how you potentially can earn, then let’s first go over who can join. And from what I’ve been able to find out it looks like it’s available in many countries, maybe more or less all countries. But you just need to be aware that it’s only available for Android devices. So if you don’t have an Android device, you can’t earn from this particular app. Then you can’t use iOS devices that I do have a video about options like that. I’ll leave a link in the top corner for that.
But uh for now let me now log in and then we’ll take a closer look at what Mist Rewards offers. I have now logged into Mist Rewards and
But as you can see, I would get one coin, not a lot, let me just reveal that right away. But later we’ll go over the value of coins. But the way to earn here the main is to to use some of these different offer walls here. So you would just click any of them uh and then you would find the offers. And and you would need to live up to the requirements that are described in each offer. It does have a decent number of offer walls to work with. But uh like I have tested hundreds
of different Get-Paid-To websites and apps and I must say that many of these exact offer walls and exact paid offers you can find uh on many other websites and apps as well. And the rewards here through Mist Rewards, they are very low compared to others. So that indicates that the the developers are, they, you know, they take a bigger cut for themselves. Because how it works is that advertisers pay to have these different things put on paid offers, they pay a certain amount. And then the developers decide how big a cut they take and how
much they will share with with us the users. And from what I’ve seen so far, the rewards you get here they are very low compared to many other websites and apps for for the paid offers. So even though you can find a lot here, it’s not an app that I would use to actually take the paid offers. But they also do have other ways to earn for example this play to earn, they they say that it’s a play to earn app that that’s like kind of the the name of the the app there. So let’s
talk a little bit more about that option and whether that’s worth using or not. So Mist Rewards has this play time where you can download different apps uh and then you will get paid per minute you play them. You know that that’s quite normal. There’s many apps that have that way you can earn by playing. But however, you can see for example these ones here you would earn up to one coin per level and a total of up to 25. So one coin per level it’s not even per minute or something like that. That’s what
it usually is with playtime apps here. So you know it’s just like really low rewards against then compared to what you can earn on other platforms where you can earn by playing games. But we’ll we’ll talk a little bit more about that when we talk about the value of these coins. So let’s do that next. So when it comes to getting paid, you can go to the redeem section and then you can see the options. And it has quite good options you know. It it has different cryptos. It has MasterCard, PayPal, you know a lot
of different gift cards there. So overall, some good payout options in my opinion. And as you can see see here for example if we choose PayPal then I would need to earn 2,500 coins there to earn 2.5 Dollars there. So it basically means that 1,000 coins is worth one uh $1. So you can see some of these games like playtime games there I would maximum be able to earn 25 coins. But I would need to earn a th000 to just earn $1. So that means like uh you know it’s it’s like it’s like nothing. So
playing game like that would be a couple of cents you can earn compared to others platforms. It’s like really low rewards. So even though the payout threshold for PayPal, for example, is is only $2.5, it will take a lot of patience to reach. The payout threshold can vary. For example, you can see for Payeer, it’s it’s smaller there also. But still overall it will take a lot of patience to reach this. Also there’s one more issue that I want to address that you definitely need to consider and then we’ll also talk about about why it
gets so high ratings inside the Google Play Store. Because you can hear I’m not too positive about it and I want to explain why there’s so big differences from what I say and what you’ll find there. But let’s start by going over this this issue you need to consider. So one big issue you need to consider is that one of the offer walls currently is called this okay Spin. And from what I have seen then this has given some issues because if you just search for that online, you will also see that Google says that
that this overall here has malware. So they have actually some developers have um have have been kicked out of the Google Play Store with their earning app because they have used this one. This is not necessarily like the develops of of Mist Rewards they might not be aware of this things like this. But it can mean that that they can you know have issues. I’m not, I know, don’t have the technical skills to say if this is true, if it’s a mistake or whatever it is. It’s just something to be aware of. You can just
Google if you want to know more about it. I just came across it and wanted to mention it you can do more research. But it doesn’t really matter for my uh decision about whether to use Mist Rewards or not because I will not be using it no matter what because it has extremely low earning potential. And you might then say like why do I say this when you for example can see at the time of recording this video anyways it has 4.8 star rating inside Google play. Well there’s a very good reason for that. So
let’s talk about that also. So inside Mist Rewards there is an option here or tasks it’s called here where you can earn by doing small tasks. For example, following them on social media and and all these things there. I think it sounds a little bit exaggerated supposedly for example you know see follow on on Instagram you would get 5,000 points which would be the equivalent of $5 you know. Something seems a little bit off there. It doesn’t make sense they would do that. But the the problem is also if you click something like that here
you can see you know it doesn’t really have like much option. For example, if you want to submit proof this is the message, like that’s all I can do. So these tasks are just strange there. But another one here is if you for example see this evaluation there they call it, if you see here it says rate the app five stars, write a common in English. And then when you click to start the task, it will actually take you to Mist Rewards in the Google Play Store where it will ask you to do a five
star review and supposedly they will pay you 10,000 coins for this. This also goes against of course the Google Play Store’s terms because you can’t pay people to give you five stars right you know. You know that’s just in my opinion unethical right. So that’s one thing to be aware. This is why they have so many five stars reviews because they actually have a task inside the app that tells people that if you give five stars, we will give you a reward supposedly 10,000 coins that is worth uh $10 you know. Again, I cannot say
because I haven’t tried it. I don’t want to leave fake review. So I haven’t tried it. But it just seems very strange because that that’s a very high reward so like the task it’s just something that doesn’t make sense. And when you put that together with the other things I mentioned at the extremely low rewards and all that, it just makes it an app that I personally will definitely stay away from. So to sum it all up, Mist Rewards looks like a way where you potentially can earn some extra money. But personally I’ll be staying
away from it. The rewards are extremely low. The tasks are strange and the usability and user experience is, in general, just not very good. There are so many other great Get-Paid-To websites and apps. So I prefer just sticking with the ones that I know are really worth it that gives good rewards that uh you know just makes it a good experience to use.
