said the muzzle flash went off by the women according to Sean Kelly that’s what he said all the way up until he had to talk to you know the prosecution they said Kelsey ain’t here on trial so y’all want to blame my client really really he said um Megan failed on a goddamn flow after they was arguing after these shots then went off so then he had highlighted the fragment location and what all of the fragments with an S the four uh bullet fragments were found which were in the driveway at the man house he

a negligent manner he said there ain’t no damn evidence that my client shot a thing he said the only proof is that Kelsey did from what Sean Kelly said he said carrying a concealed firearm in the vehicle they said they say it was corn gun but it ain’t got uh don’t they have DNA on it they say EJ said that he saw something like a gun and Kelsey coincidentally got something about the car he said keep my challenges in mind these were his challenges for the rebuttal for the prosecution why the did Kelsey want immunity
why all them change statements and why they couldn’t prove um or present the burden of proof you know in a manner that was sufficient for the situation he said it’s the D he said it’s the DNA the testimony and the immunity he said all of this is reasonable doubt and that’s how you got to look at it and he was done he said thank you for your time they said how did Tori have underwear on and no shirt and let’s gunshots on him so Kathy Ty I only wrote one thing that that said and I’m
