All New 2023 Dodge Hornet – INTERIOR, Prices and Specs
This is the all new Dodge Hornet SUV. It will be available in 2 trim options: GT and R/T. The GT variant is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, linked to a nine-speed automatic transmission, making 265hp and 400Nm of torque, which is enough to reach 60mph in 6.5 seconds. The R/T variant is a plug-in-hybrid equipped with a 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine and one electric motor on the rear axle. Between the two is a 15.5-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery, which takes just 2.5 hours to recharge via a 7.4-kilowatt charger, and packs enough energy to cover 35 miles in full
electric mode. The R/T variant has a combined output of 285hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, allowing for a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 6.1 seconds. Dodge is also fitting all Hornet R/Ts with Koni FSD dampers, a fully independent suspension at both ends, and a Brembo braking package that includes vented discs and four-piston calipers in front. Inside, we will find a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.3-inch infotainment touchscreen running Uconnect 5.
