Infinix GT 10 Pro Review – New Best Budget Phone?!

what’s happening everyone my name is Alex and welcome back in today’s video we are checking out the latest budget friendly phone from infinix called the gt10 pro so when I say budget training from we are talking about the phone that will retail for about 250 dollars and for that price I feel like this phone offers unbeatable value it kind of reminds me of what xiaomi used to do back in the day with the redmi line when the redmi line actually offered a lot of value so this is what this phone reminds me of now just

to give you an example on the front here we have a 6.67 inches AMOLED screen that has a 1080p resolution and a refresh rate of 120 hertz so if you’re playing games of course that’s gonna be great for gaming we also get really vibrant colors really good viewing angles and a peak brightness of 900 nits now if you do take the phone outside and it’s super bright out you may have trouble seeing the screen however if you’re using the phone indoors you’re going to be able to see it really well so it has a beautiful

looking screen for the price of the device the back of the phone also looks quite quite unique I’m not sure if you can actually see that very well

on camera but I’m gonna have a close-up so you can see how good that back looks so it doesn’t look like a budget friendly phone by any means now to the right hand side of the cameras here we also have some LEDs you can actually change what those LEDs do so whenever they’re plugging in the phone if you’re playing a game you can change what those some LEDs

do now on the back there you’re also seeing three cameras the main camera is on 108 megapixel sensor then we have a macro camera another camera that’s used for portrait mode pictures I took some pictures around the building here the other day and I have to say that I was quite surprised by the pictures that I was able to get them from such an affordable device so so all these pictures that you are seeing on your screen right now are taking on this device some using the AI modem for the main camera so you haven’t

done any editing no manual shooting basically point and shoot so pretty good pictures from this device as well now that main camera can also record in 4k 30 frames per second however that resolution we don’t get video stabilization but you do get really good video stabilization if you’re recording in 1080P at 30 frames per second so I recommend that you actually record in 1080P this device because the quality of those recordings is also quite good and next I’m going to show a quick example um video that I took the other day just so you can

see how the video quality from this device looks like all right you have a quick recording with this new infinix phone that I’m trying out so the maximum recording resolution for this device is 4K 30 frames per second however at that resolution the phone doesn’t seem to have video star visualization or if it does it doesn’t turn it at all however if you’re recording in 1080P at 30 frames per second so this particular recording is done in 1080P 30 frames per second the video stabilization does seem to work quite um well so probably best if

you record in this resolution we’re gonna stop here we’re gonna panel left it’s also between this we’re probably gonna hear some wind aside from my voice and back right so this is how recording from this device would look like if you’re recording in 1080P at 30 frames per second going back to the screen for a second because I forgot about the fingerprint scanner so we have an in-screen fingerprint scanner which works on quite well as well and then it’s gonna come and talk about the frames so the frame around the phone is made out of

plastic that is really the only thing that makes the phone feel a bit cheaper but let’s keep in mind the price of this device on the right hand side here we have the SIM card slot this device can take two SIM cards and an SD card again something that we don’t typically see with a lot of phones so if you have some music on an SD card or something like that this phone can take an SD card at the top here we have the holes for the second speaker so we have one speaker at the

top and one speaker at the bottom I’m also going to show you a quick recording so you can see how the speakers on it sound they do sound quite good as well at the bottom here guess what we have have a 3.5 mil audio jack so if you want to plug in some headphones you can then we have the USBC charging port so inside this device we have a 5000 milliamp hour battery and inside the Box you’re gonna get a 45 watt fast Chargers so this phone charges twice faster than my iPhone 14 pro that

was about seven eight times more expensive than this so as I said the beginning of the video for the price of this phone the value is pretty much unbeatable we also get a very cool option something that we typically see on gaming phones so you can have the phone plugged in but if you’re playing a game you can actually stop the phone from charging the battery so you do get power to play that game but the battery is not gonna overheat so a very cool addition basically option for people that play a lot of games

and of course when you’re playing games the battery kind of drains a bit faster but if you’re not gonna get over um overheating because of the charging as for performance this phone is powered by the mediatek diamond City 8050 that spurred with eight gigs of RAM and 256 gigs of internal storage and I know that some of you may not necessarily like those Media Tech chipsets however they do work really really well and much better than a lot of people expect just to give you an example and a better understanding of what this device can

do this is The antutu Benchmark score that you’re gonna get from this phone so about 800 000 that is basically higher than what my Samsung Galaxy s22 got last year for that antutu Benchmark score and again this is a very cheap device so you do get a lot of performance for your money on this phone the phone runs what’s called xos This is basically a skin on top of Android 13 and I’m very happy to say that the phone doesn’t come pre-install the bunch of useless apps with a lot of these cheaper devices you usually

get a lot of apps that company installed well that is not the case with this device so I’m very happy to see there is nothing holding the phone back pretty much all the applications and everything that you’re going to be doing on this phone does work better than I was expecting so for example if you’re just closing an app opening another app opening an app that you already have running in the background everything works flawlessly if you’re on Facebook for example you’re scrolling up and down no lag whatsoever The Scene goes for Chrome so if

you’re zooming in zooming out on something with a lot of budget phones a lot of Samsung budget phones for example at this price range using Chrome is pretty much unusable there is so much lag that you cannot use the phone well that’s not the case with this one I’ve also played games like Call of Duty on it and there is no lag for anything you’re gonna do in that game so I’m gonna see this once again for the price that you’re paying for this phone the value is pretty much unbeatable I also tried the GPS

unit inside it takes about three seconds to find your location and once your location is found it doesn’t seem to lose it and the phone even has an NFC chip inside it and that means that you’re gonna be able to make payments using Google pay just in case you’re wondering yes you can watch Netflix in HD as well on this device so kind of unexpected for such a cheap phone so as I said many many times throughout this video for its price the value is pretty much unbeatable alright guys hopefully you enjoyed this video thanks

for watching and I will see you in the next one
