Quarterback Sam Howell traded to Seattle
The Washington Commanders trading quarterback Sam Howe to the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle also received 1/4 and sixth round pick Washington in return gets a 3rd and 1/5 rounder Howe has two years of a little over 2 million remaining on a rookie deal. He signed with Washington as 1/5 round pick out of North Carolina in 2022. Howe started all 17 games this past season throwing an NFL high six under 12 passes. That’s a good Howe also threw for 21 touchdowns, however, he had 21 interceptions and was sacked an NFL high 65 times.
