Well, all new tonight, Rudy Giuliani no longer contesting claims that he made false accusations against 2 Fulton County election workers stemming from the 2020 election. He’s just not contesting accusations the election workers made against him in a defamation lawsuit filed in Washington, DC and it only applies to this case. Today, a spokesman for Giuliani told 11 Alive that he did not acknowledge the statements were false, but did not contest it in order to move on to a portion of the case that will permit a motion to dismiss.
