In this video I will be unboxing and review of
S.H.Figuarts Hulk Avengers Assemble Edition
This edition of Hulk is from the first Avengers movie, The Avengers
It’s newly released as well and it looked quite cool
Let’s take a look at this Hulk figure together!
As usual we’ll start by looking at the box of the figure
The box of the figure itself is quite standard
It’s similar with the other Avengers SHF figures as well
Beside Hulk, there is also Captain America and also Thor
For this Avengers Assemble Edition
I chose to buy Hulk because I don’t have Hulk figure just yet
(To be fair I don’t have any Thor figure too)
I think Hulk is one of the coolest-looking character in the MCU
Because he looked really strong and I really his character design
I usually unbox and review anime figure but in this video
we’re going to take a look at Marvel figure
I actually really like Marvel figure as well
It’s just that I don’t have a lot for unboxing and review just yet
So let’s take a look at this Hulk figure together!
This is the instruction sheet
Actually the instruction is simple and
But I still want to show it to you so that you can see how simple it is
Before the parts of the figure, let’s take a look at the articulation first
The articulation of this figure is really good
There are a lot of extra joints on the hands, arms, body,
legs and the foot as well
In terms of articulation, I’m really satisfied with this Hulk figure
I’ll show it here just how easy to articulate this figure
It’s nice either if you want to pose for display or for photography
There are several articulation points on the torso here
The articulation is nice since you can bend it like that
The articulation is nice for both legs as well
Just like this and there is articulation on the toes part as well
This figure is really nice if you like Hulk and you are looking for SHF figure
and you’re looking for a figure with a lot articulation, this is really worth it
Now let’s take a look at the sculpting of the figure
The face sculpting is looking quite good
The sculpting of the body is looking good as well
There are several minor defects and stains on several spots
These are minor stuffs and I can clean off the stains like this one
You can clean this off, so it doesn’t bother me too much
As for the painting, I really like the green color of Hulk here
For his outfit, which is basically only his pants here
The sculpting and painting looks good for me
Overall the sculpting and panting of this figure are done well
Now let’s take a look at the parts that come with this figure
There aren’t that many extra parts of this figure
It comes with two head parts, this is the first one
This one has a rage expression, it fits for a battle pose
It like he is screaming “Hulk Smash!”
So it’s very suitable if you want to do a Hulk Smash pose with this
This sculpting and painting for this head part is quite nice, I like it
This head part, it is a smiling hulk!
Maybe it’s a bit weird but I like this head part
For photography purposes, it’s nice to have this smiling Hulk head part
The sculpting and painting are quite nice as well
Now let’s take a look at the first pair of the extra hands parts
This hand part have extra point of articulation
You got separate joint for the thumb, forefinger and the rest of the fingers
So you got these three point of articulation for this hand part
I really like this hand part for posing purposes
The pose become more variative due to the extra point of articulations
Now on to the other pair of hands parts
The hands are opened and this part is quite good as well
There’s a lot of pose that you can do with this part
The sculpting and painting of both pairs are done well
Overall the sculpting and painting of the figure itself and the parts
are done well in my opinion
Now let’s create a pose with this figure
I’ll swap the head part with the one I said is the Hulk Smash! expression
I’ll try to create the pose by swapping as many parts as possible
So you can see different variation of parts with the pose
I’ll also swap both of the hands parts
I’ll swap the left hand with the part that got extra articulation points
For most SHF figures, it’s quite simple to swap the parts
It’s quite smooth and easy to swap the parts
I’ll swap the right hand with a different hand part than the left
So you can see all the extra hand parts in this pose that I’m creating
So you can see what the parts look like when you pose the figure with it
Pretty much the pose is like this
We’re done creating the pose for this S.H.Figuarts

For size comparison, first it’s with Grandista Izuku Midoriya
Next it’s with ZD Toys Iron Man Mark IV
Then it’s with S.H.Figuarts Captain America
Lastly it’s with Nendoroid Doctor Strange
We’re done with unboxing, now let’s get into the review
In terms of sculpting and painting
For the extra parts, his outfit and all parts of the figure
I think those two aspects are done really well
For the articulation, I really like it a lot
Because there are a lot of points of articulations on
the hands, legs and the torso as well
So it’s really good when you want to create a pose for the figure
Overall if you like Hulk and you like Marvel and Avengers
I highly recommend this S.H.Figuarts Hulk Avengers Assemble Edition
