Hardik Pandya Cheated of ₹4.3 Crore by Stepbrother | ISH News

You all know the famous cricketer Hardik Pandya. He has been in news a lot in the past few days. People have critized him for swithcing his IPL team from Gujarat Titans to Mumbai Indians, for constantly losing the matches, disrespecting his senior players. Also recently there were news reports

of him going to Gujarat where he performed puja to Lord Shiva. He was also seen singing and dancing to Bhajans. And now Hardik is in news for lodging a complaint at the police station. What? But why did he do this? Here’s the story. Vaibhav Pandya is the stepbrother

of Hardik Pandya & Krunal Pandya. Vaibhav is 37-years-old. News reports have not given clarity about Vaibhav’s parents. Vaibhav was close to Hardik and Krunal’s late father Himanshu Pandya and used to call him ‘Papa’. Vaibhav also has an elder brother. Earlier, Vaibhav, Hardik & Krunal had decided to establish

a company. The discussed and agreed to establish a polymer company They got into a partnership with specific terms and conditions. While Hardik and Krunal invested 40% each in the company, Vaibhav invested 20%. They mutually agreed to these terms. They agreed to one more condition that they cannot start

another business in the same industry. They started the business in 2021 and it progressed well. As per the agreement, the company’s profits were to be shared in the

same ratio as the investment i.e 40-40-20. Eventually profits started declining. Vaibhav allegedly broke the agreement terms and started another business

in the same industry. Their company’s profits decreased and made ₹3 crores loss. Vaibhav also diverted ₹1 crore from the company’s money to his personal account. Hardik then confronted the Vaibhav as they suffered a total loss of ₹4.3 crores. Vaibhav changed his profit share from 20% to 33.3%. Now

they shated the profits equally. Hardik said it was against the agreement. This led to an argument. Vaibhav threatened Hardik with “dire consequences” including tarnishing his reputation. Following the argument, Hardik filed a complaint Vaibhav at Khar police station for breaking the contract. The complaint was lodged on 10th April

2024 and Vaibhav was arrested. The complaint was handed over to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) who then arrested Vaibhav. The court ordered Vaibhav to remain in police custody till 12th April 2024. More updates are awaited. It is unfortunate that Hardik and Krunal were backstabbed. This is not the

first time. Earlier, a U-19 ex-cricketer scammed Rishabh Pant for ₹1.63 crores. ISH News had released a video on it. You can watch it here.
