Cooper Flagg announces college decision
The top prospect in high school basketball announces his commitment to Duke University in North Carolina Cooper flag is from Newport Maine and attended Nokomis Regional high school until recently. Now he’s playing at a school in Florida. 16 year old flag has called Duke his dream school in the past.
