Fidelity Debit Card Review

Are you thinking about opening a Fidelity
Debit Card?
When you open a Fidelity Cash Management account
– you can get the ATM Debit Card.
What are the benefits?
First benefit is ATM fee reimbursements.
When you take money at ATMs around the world
and you are charged a fee – Fidelity should
reimburse the fee on the same business day.
Other than that it is a generic Visa Card.
The debit card has enhanced security through
chip and contactless payments.
You can add the card to your digital wallet
like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Additional benefits include extended warranty,
which can double the original manufacturer’s
warranty.
Purchase security up to $500 for the first
90 days after purchase.
It works against damage, theft and some other
cases.
Rental car insurance should save you money
in case the rental car was broken in or someone
crashed into it.
Roadside assistance, travel and emergency
assistance are pretty common.
Those are probably all more less meaningful
benefits.
The Fidelity debit card could add a little
more benefits.
On the bad side, this card has 1% foreign
transaction fee.
It makes the card automatically ineligible
for a place in my wallet.
I would recommend you look for a Fidelity
Rewards Credit Card.
It is

a Visa signature card with way more
benefits.
