BREAKING: Flint City Councilman Eric Mays Dies At 65 on February 24, 2024 (Rest In Peace)

all right y’all now I’m really hoping that this isn’t true but I’m seeing it be reported on multiple Outlets that Flint city councilman Eric Mays has passed away um I think he was 63 years old 65 years old something like that and it’s being reported that he passed away today on February 24th um they don’t have a cause of death yet but um I think this is just really sad uh if you guys don’t know Eric Mays was going viral all over the Internet for the past few years for being outspoken like this article says

but actually trying to help the city of Flint when it seemed like it was a lot of BS and a lot of disruption and a lot of barriers up to help Flint get over some of the things that they’ve been going through over the last few years also I know before his death he was on some type of suspension from City Council meetings and for him to pass away while he wasn’t even allowed to go to these Council meetings I think it’s really extra sad and puts just a another level of just tragedy on this

situation because I feel like serving the city of Flint is what he loved to do and if he wasn’t you know able

to do that before he passed away I just think that’s horrible um I know he will be deeply and tremendously missed by the city of Flint Eric Mays has been serving the community as a councilman for I think over 10 years and like I said this is just really sad I’m hoping I can delete this video and that this is fake but it’s seeming that is true um let me know how you feel
