realme Narzo 70 Pro Unboxing & First Impressions ⚡ IMX890 OIS 📷, Dimensity 7050 & More @₹18,999*!?

Alright friends, the Narzo 7T Pro is in the house & let me tell you that there are no good camera phones in the Rs 15-20K price range. And remember, this is interesting because Narzo phones are generally known for their performance. But if I say the highlight of this phone, then it’s the camera. I mean it has got a very good camera setup under Rs 20K. I’m talking relatively & talking about the rest of the things, that’s also good. There are some things that are alright, I’m going to tell you everything in today’s video. But I’ll

tell you what, this is one phone you should look at under Rs 20K if you’re watching this. Seriously, you’ll get to know why I’m saying this. Watch the full video till the end. If you’re watching for the first time, then do subscribe to the channel. If you like the video, then do hit LIKE & SHARE. Let’s open it, it’s a different box, generally there are yellow, red & white boxes. It’s blue, yes. It’s written 7T Pro, obviously it’s the successor of the 6T Pro. Let’s open it, first of all I can see the QR code.

And what else is there? It must be the documentation & case. I can see this design a lot these days, it’s

a big camera module. Not bad, the quality is good. Sim card tool, some documentation & then the phone. The first thing about the phone is the sturdy. Ok, I’m going to tell you. There’s a big brick, it’s a 67W Super VOOC charger. Again, under Rs 20K, I think 67W is very good. And USB Type A to Type C charging cable. That’s about it in the box, let’s keep all this aside. Let’s look at the

phone. Alright. Ok. Woah! Again, a unique & different design. Realme always tries to give something different. And this is not bad, I mean, look at this. It’s shiny at the top & has a satin finish at the bottom. And this is a glass back, looks nice. There’s a NARZO branding at the bottom. There are 2 colours, Glass Green & Glass Gold. There’s a glass at the back & front, so it’s slightly on the heavier side. This is the heavier side. 205g, 199.6g, ok. It’s 200g. Let’s see if the screen guard comes out. It does, let’s

remove it. I need that voice. Yes! Yes! Yes! Wow! I think it’s actually 197g. Because if we take 2g of the screen guard, it’s 198g. 198g even! Yeah, that’s what it is. We don’t know about the protection but we’re going to drop it. Let’s do that! 1, 2 & boom! No, it’s a glass at the back so it has to fall. 1, 2 & boom! Something else fell. My glasses fell as well, we drop it so hard. But it’s wood, so to show you that it’s not. But this is not a real drop test. You

like it, that’s why we do it. But there are a lot of smudges at the top, so definitely check it with a case. Now that I’ve told you about the camera, let’s talk about it. Let’s quickly look at the ports & buttons. There’s a speaker grill at the bottom, USB Type C, a microphone, a sim card tray at the bottom. You have a 3.5mm jack at the top, very nice. There’s a speaker grill here as well as a noise cancelling microphone. And on the right hand side, there’s a volume rocker at the top & a

power on off button. No, it’s not an FPS, it’s an in-display fingerprint sensor. Friends, let’s talk about the camera today. Now, if I compare it with the Narzo 60’s predecessor, it had an ultrawide camera setup. Yes, it had a 100MP plus 2MP camera setup, but now it has a proper functional camera setup. The primary sensor is Sony’s IMX890 sensor with OIS. The secondary sensor is an 8MP ultrawide sensor with a 2MP macro. On the front, you get a 16MP selfie sensor. And as I said, it has OIS & that’s good as it supports 4K. If

I talk about the best camera smartphone under Rs 20K, then you don’t have too many options. And I think it’s trying to fill that gap as we took a lot of photos with it. I’m giving you the G-Drive link, it’s in different conditions. If your budget is tight & you want a camera centric smartphone, then this is nice. You can shoot 4K at 30FPS with the primary sensor. The ultrawide & the selfie sensor at 30FPS. Overall, I really like the camera. If I talk about the camera features, then you get all the features. There’s night

mode, street photography mode, portrait mode, slow motion, time lapse, pano, high resolution mode, dual view mode, you can use the front & rear cameras at the same time. There’s macro mode, so all that is there. There’s auto zoom feature, which means you can tap on a subject & it’ll come in focus & zoom. So that is there, making it simpler for you. As I said, do check out the photos, I’m giving you the G-Drive link, do check it out. And you tell me, how did you find the photos? These are my first impressions. Even in

low light, the photos are good. Especially because it has IMX890 & OIS. Now let’s move towards the display. Look at this display, it’s very nice. It’s a 6.67” FHD+, 120Hz AMOLED display. The peak brightness is 2000 nits. It also supports HDR10. The bezels on the side are smaller than average. The chin is of average size. Overall, it looks nice & has a center punch hole. Nowadays, all phones, especially mid range phones, have a center punch hole & I like it. They look symmetrical & good. Now let’s talk about performance. The Narzo Legacy is a performance

based phone. It has a camera along with the performance. So I’d say it’s an all rounder phone. For specs, you get a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor. It’s AnTuTu score is around 6.10 lakhs. Which is very decent, again under Rs 20K price range. It has 8GB RAM, 128GB base variant & 8GB 256GB upper variant. It has LPDDR4X RAM type & UFS 3.1 storage type. Which is again good, under Rs 15-18K price range, you get UFS 2.2 in many phones. And it also translates into real world gaming. When you’re doing heavy tasks, you’ll feel that. Because you

can play games at the highest settings, but at 40FPS. You can play COD Mobile at 90FPS. Overall, I’d say it’s at par or slightly above par in terms of performance. Battery, it has a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. And it’s a 6Nm processor, so if you do moderate usage, you’ll need a 5Nm battery for a day. In heavy usage, you’ll need a battery for a day. But even if you do use it, it has 67W fast charging, so that’s good. OS, it’s very important. I’ve said a lot of good & bad things about Realme

phones in the past 1-2 years. But I’d say, Realme is striving to improve. What I’ve seen in the past 1-2 years, Realme is trying to reduce its bloatware & dark patterns. All these things that I’ve talked about, are now improving. And probably, the Realme UI that I’ve seen till now, is one of the cleanest. It has very less bloatware. I think it has 2-3 bloatwares, like Spotify, Netflix. At the start, you get a glance when you’re setting it up. When it’s on, you’ll be able to turn it off due to the dark patterns. But it’s

so much improved than the previous generation. Realme UI 5.0 is based on Android 14. You get 2 years of major updates & 3 years of security updates. So you’re going to get Android 15 & 16. And Intelligent Services, which used to be on by default, is now off. So yeah, Realme, good work on that! There are a few features that have been added. There’s a Smart Brightness feature. So it’ll adjust according to what you’re doing on the phone. It’ll basically learn what you’re doing & adjust the brightness accordingly. And then there are Air Gestures features.

I think we’ve seen them on the GT. Where you can control with gestures. If you’re scrolling or looking at Instagram, you can do this. You don’t need to touch. Just do this, Air Gestures. Let’s talk about the multimedia. There are excellent Dolby Atmos tuned stereo speakers, which are loud & good quality. You’ll enjoy watching it normally. I mean, it’s quite good & has a big battery. You should not have any problems while binge-watching. But we’ve noticed one thing, which can be fixed with an update. Because the display has HDR support. When we were playing HDR

YouTube, we saw a lot of stutter. I think with updates, that’ll improve. But that’s there & it’s important for me to tell you. And yes, Netflix doesn’t have HDR support now. But the display is good & the video viewing is very nice. And yes, you get 8GB virtual RAM along with the 8GB. And one more thing, it has a 4 year fluency certificate. Meaning, even if you buy a phone now & use it for 2-4 years, you’ll get the same fluency. So it’s basically fluidity. The swipes & touches you use will be similar. It has

a certification for that. All sensors are present. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock & works very well. It has WiFi 6 connectivity support, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC 9.0. It doesn’t have an IR blaster, it has 9 5G bands so it has dual 4G, Wifi calling etc. It also has smart 5G support & both the sim cards, I haven’t seen the sim cards so let’s show you that. But in this, you can use dual nano sim cards & not only that, both the sim cards are 5G so alright, let’s see. Oh! It has a hybrid

sim card slot, not dual nano, I thought it was dual nano. Either 2 sim cards or 1 SD card & 1 sim card can be used. There’s a water touch feature on the display, so even if it rains & there’s water on the screen, it’ll work properly. If you touch it after the droplet falls, it doesn’t work. But we haven’t talked about the IP54 certification so we’re not sure. The SAR value is within limits & according to me, there’s no support for FM radio. There’s a small feature on the top, which I should’ve mentioned in

the software, but it’s a dynamic island. So when you order on Zomato or Swiggy, you’ll see updates on the top. So what do I think about the Narzo 70 Pro? I was not very happy with the 21, 22 & even 1st half of 2023 phones. But now in 2024, Realme is bringing some good phones. For example, the Realme 12 Plus was a good value for money proposition & the Narzo 70 Pro is taking the right steps. And in the Rs 20K price range, this is definitely one of the all round phones out there, including good

camera. This is the Narzo 70 Pro. Do let us know your thoughts in the COMMENTS section. That’s all for this video, until the next one, Keep Trakin & Stay Safe!
